Is Your Main Water Line Failing?

Water line problems are often invisible until they're serious. These are the signs to look for - and none of them should be ignored.

Structural Risk

Undetected water line leaks erode soil around foundations and can cause settlement over time.

Escalating Cost

Slow leaks become major repairs quickly. Early diagnosis saves significantly compared to emergency callouts.

Water Quality Impact

Cracked or corroded pipes can allow contaminants into your water supply. Don't wait to get it checked.

Locate, Isolate, Repair or Replace

Our water line process is methodical - we find the exact problem before recommending any solution.

1
Locate the Problem

We use pressure testing and detection methods to find the exact source - no unnecessary digging.

2
Isolate the Line

Water is safely shut off at the correct point to contain the issue while we assess the full scope.

3
Repair or Replace

We give you honest options based on the condition of the pipe. Minor damage gets a targeted fix; older or widely damaged pipe gets replaced - and we tell you why.

4
Pressure Test

Once work is complete, we pressure test the line to confirm it's holding before backfilling or finishing.

5
Clean-Up

We restore the excavated area, remove debris, and leave the site as clean as possible.

What You're Probably Wondering

Do I Need Repair or Full Replacement?

We assess the condition of your line before recommending anything. A targeted repair is often sufficient for isolated damage. Full replacement is recommended when the pipe is deteriorated throughout, or when the repair cost approaches replacement cost over the pipe's remaining life. We'll tell you honestly which situation you're in.

Water Line Work Is Expensive - Can I Finance?

Yes. Financing is available for approved customers and is particularly suited to water line replacement jobs. We'll walk you through the options when you request your quote - so you know what the monthly cost looks like before committing to anything.

Full Home Repiping

Old Pipes Causing
Repeated Problems?

Homes with galvanized steel or polybutylene pipes - especially those built before the 1980s - often reach a point where individual repairs no longer make sense. A full repipe replaces every supply line in the home with modern PEX or copper, restoring full pressure, eliminating rust, and stopping the cycle of recurring leaks.

  • Upfront flat-rate quote - no surprises
  • Financing available - most repipes can be spread over time
  • 6-year warranty on all repiping work
  • Minimal drywall disruption - we patch as we go

PEX
Cross-Linked Polyethylene
Flexible, freeze-resistant, and the most common modern repiping material. Excellent for Utah's climate.
Copper
Traditional & Reliable
Proven durability, natural antimicrobial properties, and a long track record in residential plumbing.
⚠ Is My Home a Candidate?
Built before 1985 with galvanized steel pipes? Had 3+ leak repairs in the last 2 years? Seeing rust-coloured water? These are strong signs a repipe assessment makes sense. We'll tell you honestly whether it's time.

Water Line Questions - Answered

How do you find a water line leak?
We use pressure testing and, where needed, specialist leak detection methods to pinpoint the exact location before any digging takes place. This means we only excavate where we need to - minimising disruption to your yard.
How long does water line work take?
A targeted repair can often be completed in a day. Full replacements typically take 1 - 2 days depending on the length and depth of the line. We'll give you a specific timeline when we quote the job.
Will you restore my yard after digging?
Yes - we backfill, compact, and tidy the excavated area as part of the job. We aim to leave the site as close to its original condition as possible.
Is financing available?
Yes. Flexible financing options are available for approved customers. Ask about this when you call or submit your quote request - we'll walk you through what's available before any commitment.
What is repiping and do I need it?
Repiping means replacing the water supply pipes throughout your home - typically when the existing pipes are old, corroded, or causing repeated leaks. Galvanized steel pipes in homes built before the 1980s commonly need repiping. Signs include discoloured water, low pressure throughout the house, or a pattern of recurring leaks in different locations. We'll assess your plumbing and tell you honestly whether a targeted repair or a full repipe makes more financial sense.
